Abstract
This study was realized with the idea of learning to develop a EIP(Education
Improvement Program), to achieve this it was necessary to clearly comprehend the
finality of this and the legal guidelines that our country imparts. It was necessary to
investigate about the interpretation that each educational institution gives to this
plan and to focalize it in a definite context.
It posses a structure that attempts to approach and distribute the assignments of
the educational centers, so the education is directed to the integrative formation of
the students.
This instrument reflexes a vision of a constant and progressive improvement and
involves every participant that are interested in educate, from the student, parents,
teachers, directives, institutions, ministries and the government.
The structure of the EIP allows a constant monitoring of the educational duty and it
invites to do a feedback of this duty, promoting supervision from a constructive
look, that seeks to deliver the necessary resources to improve.
It is concluded that it is a tool that shoots for the potential development of the
education and it aspires for the continuous overcoming of each student, so to
gradually improve, and with this to build a better country each day.
