Abstract
The school improvement program is an approach that each educational establishment must have, according
to the characteristics of each educational community, related to each of its members (managers, teachers, assistants,
students and parents).
This program of school improvement must include the four axes that are essential for its operation:
pedagogical management, leadership, school coexistence and resource management, which must fully contribute to
the proper functioning of the establishment.
The area of leadership contributes to the integration and healthy coexistence of each member of the school
council. The pedagogic management area contributes to the students' learning, which is the main goal of the
educational process.
The area of school coexistence contributes to the healthy coexistence and to solve the transversal values
that pretends to support the educational establishment, so that its management in each area is effective and effective
for each one of the actors that make up the establishment.
